NOVELTY - Active sensor element comprises a first substrate (100), a transistor arranged on the first substrate and having a graphene channel layer (120) and source (132) and drain electrodes (134) formed on both sides of the graphene channel layer, a second substrate formed on the transistor, and a sensing graphene pattern arranged on the second substrate facing the transistor and electrically connected to the source electrode according to whether the object is touched on the second substrate or not. USE - Used as active sensor element. ADVANTAGE - The element easily senses touch of object, and strengths touch and touch speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Active sensor element comprises either: a first substrate (100), a transistor arranged on the first substrate and having a graphene channel layer (120) and source (132) and drain electrodes (134) formed on both sides of the graphene channel layer, a second substrate formed on the transistor, and a sensing graphene pattern arranged on the second substrate facing the transistor and electrically connected to the source electrode according to whether the object is touched on the second substrate or not; or the first substrate, the transistor arranged on the first substrate and having a graphene channel layer and a gate electrode (150) formed on the graphene channel layer, the second substrate, and the sensing graphene pattern whose distance from the gate electrode is adjusted according to whether or not the first object touch the second substrate.
