▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Gas-sensing nano-composite material comprises P-type semiconductor metal oxide and graphene oxide loaded on surface of graphene oxide by hydrothermal method, where the mass ratio of metal oxide to graphene oxide is 40:1-200:1. The metal oxide nano-particles are loaded on the surface of the graphene oxide to form a nano-pore structure. The size of the nano particle is 3-12 nm. The heterogeneous interface between the nano particles and the graphene dioxide has an adsorption site of a selective gas molecule and a carrier migration channel in direct proportion to the surface area. USE - The gas sensing nano-composite material is useful in a gas sensing nanometre composite material and preparation method and application method. ADVANTAGE - The gas sensing nano-composite material has high specific surface area, rich surface property and high electron transmission rate, reduces the resistance of the material, improves the gas-sensitive performance, and reduces the working temperature and power consumption.
