▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A halogen-free flame retardant composition comprises component (A), component (B), component (C) and component (D). The component (A) is 2-carboxyethylphenylphosphinate. The 2-carboxyethylphenylphosphinate is from one or more of 2-carboxyethylphenylphosphinate ion and metal ions. The metal ion is aluminum ion, calcium ion, magnesium ion, zinc ion, sodium ion, barium ion, titanium ion, iron ion, ferrous ion, tin ion or stannous ion. The component (B) is from one or more of aluminum diethylphosphinate, zinc diethylphosphinate, aluminum methylethylphosphinate, aluminum methylpropylphosphinate, aluminum dipropylphosphinate and ethyl propyl aluminum phosphinate. The component (C) is from one or more of melamine cyanuric acid, melamine polyphosphate, melamine thiocyanate, melamine hypophosphite and ammonium polyphosphate. The component (D) is from at least one of montmorillonite, kaolin, molybdenum disulfide, graphite-like carbon nitride, graphene, and graphene oxide. USE - Halogen-free flame retardant composition for flame retardant polymer material. ADVANTAGE - The composition is simple to prepare, economical, does not contain halogen-based elements, and has long-lasting flame retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage of the halogen-free flame retardant composition, which involves melt blending resin, fiber and halogen-free flame retardant composition.
