▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing platinum/graphene nano electro-catalyst, comprises: (a) ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide nanosheet in weak reducing agent, then adding chloroplatinic acid solution, completely mixing and ultrasonically obtaining mixture of graphite oxide nanosheet with chloroplatinic acid, adjusting pH to 13 by sodium hydroxide, reducing at 70-160 degrees C for 1-5 hours; and (b) then adding strong reducing agent into the mixture, reducing for 1-15 hours at room temperature to -120 degrees C, cooling, regulating pH to 3 by hydrochloric acid, drying the precipitate, filtering, washing and freezing. USE - The nano-electro catalyst is useful in proton exchange membrane fuel cells. ADVANTAGE - The method maintains the small particle size of platinum, and produces the catalyst having high concentrated particle size distribution, platinum particles showing lower chemical valence and high electrochemical catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing platinum/graphene nano electro-catalyst, comprises: (a) ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide nanosheet and reducing in 20-200 ml weak reducing agent, then adding chloroplatinic acid solution, completely mixing and ultrasonically obtaining mixture of graphite oxide nanosheet with chloroplatinic acid, where the capacity of platinum in the platinum/graphene catalyst is 10-40 wt.%, adjusting pH value to 13 by sodium hydroxide, reducing at 70-160 degrees C for 1-5 hours, where the weak reducing agent is ethylene glycol or formaldehyde; and (b) then adding 100 mu g-100 mg strong reducing agent into the mixture, reducing for 1-15 hours at room temperature to -120 degrees C, cooling, regulating pH value to 3 by hydrochloric acid, drying the precipitate, filtering, washing and freezing to obtain platinum/graphene nano electro-catalyst, where the strong reducing agent is sodium borohydride or hydrazine hydrate.
