NOVELTY - The circuit board (10) has a metal foil layer (11) which is provided to cover an insulating layer (20). The metal foil layer is arranged on the surface of the insulation layer. One layer is arranged on the insulation layer. The graphene (26) is provided in the insulation layer. The metal foil layer is arranged on a glass mat prepreg layer (21). The glass mat prepreg layer is arranged between glass cloth prepreg layer (22) and metal foil layer. USE - Circuit board for display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermal conductivity of insulation layer in the circuit board is improved effectively by arranging graphene in the insulation layer. The components provided on the circuit board are dissipated and the performance of the circuit board is improved, when the circuit board is utilized as the substrate.
