▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A flame retardant antistatic polypropylene comprises 55-75 wt.% polypropylene, 2-20 wt.% polyethylene, 2-8 wt.% ethylene-octene copolymer (POE), 4-20 wt.% silicon-boron-phosphorus composite flame retardant, 3-12 wt.% composite antistatic agent, 0.2-1 wt.% lubricant, and 0.2-1 wt.% other additives. USE - Flame retardant antistatic polypropylene for pipelines and underground lines of coal mine (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene provides pipelines having excellent physical property, mechanical property, flame resistance and antistatic property. The organic combination of polyethylene and polypropylene is achieved by using ethylene-octene copolymer as an interfacial fusion agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the flame retardant antistatic polypropylene, which involves pre-treating each component of the antistatic polypropylene, pre-blending polyethylene and copolymer, mixing the pre-treated polyethylene with the pre-blended copolymer, pre-blending in a plastic extruder to uniformly mix the copolymer and polypropylene, mixing and stirring the components according to the proportion, adding into the extruder, mixing and extruding, granulating, and drying.
