NOVELTY - A manufacturing method of vehicle lamp motor oil bearing comprises mixing 8-11 wt.% tin powder, 0.01-1 wt.% graphene powder or 1-3 wt.% composite graphene powder, and balance copper powder and unavoidable impurity, fully mixing components of the composition; putting fully mixed powder into diffusion furnace at 200-400 degrees C under protection of nitrogen gas and metal pre-alloying; low temperature mold pressing and forming, and pressing into blank; and carrying out heat treatment below melting point, heating after 0.5-1.5 hours, and raising temperature to 300-500 degrees C. USE - Manufacturing method of vehicle lamp motor oil bearing. ADVANTAGE - The prepared bearing has improved material strength, has anti-friction property and small friction coefficient, and ensures service life of automobile lamp motor reaching more than 1000.
