NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant PI thrust pad is made of polyimide composite. USE - Corrosion-resistant PI thrust pad. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion-resistant PI thrust pad has a large amount of positive charge and good corrosion resistance and good practicability, reduces the hydrophilicity of the thrust pad and improves the hydrophobic of the thrust pad, so it can improve the corrosion resistance of the thrust pad. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a corrosion-resistant PI thrust pad, which involves: (A) using graphene oxide and chitosan to react to prepare a carbon matrix composite and using toluene diisocyanate, pyromellitic anhydride, terbium chloride and carbon matrix composite to prepare a polyimide composite; and (B) subjecting to melt extrusion and injection molding of polyimide compound to make thrust pad and treating the surface of the thrust pad with perfluorobutane to obtain product.
