NOVELTY - A copper nanowires graphene composite modified electrode preparing method involves mixing graphene aqueous solution with copper(II) nitrate to obtain mixture solution. The solution is mixed with ethylene diamine to obtain deep purple color solution. The solution is mixed with sodium hydroxide and hydrazine aqueous solution and heated in a water bath. The heated solution is cooled to obtain dark brown product. The product is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion to obtain mixed solution, followed by spraying solution on indium tin oxide glass substrate and drying to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing copper nanowires graphene composite modified electrode that is utilized for detecting glucose concentration. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing modified anode with high sensitivity, in a simple, fast and easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A copper nanowires graphene composite modified electrode preparing method involves mixing 0.153 ml graphene aqueous solution with 4 mg/ml copper(II) nitrate to obtain mixture solution. The mixture solution is mixed with 0.16 ml anhydrous ethylene diamine to obtain deep purple color solution. The deep purple color solution is mixed with 20 ml sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and heated in a water bath at 60 degrees C. The purple solution is added with 35% hydrazine aqueous solution and heated at 60 degrees C for 75 minutes. The heated solution is cooled at room temperature to obtain dark brown product. The dark brown product is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion with 60% ethyl alcohol solution and 5% nafion solution to obtain mixed solution, followed by spraying mixed solution on indium tin oxide glass substrate and drying to obtain copper nanowires graphene composite modified electrode.
