NOVELTY - Preparing graphene flameretardant chinlon fiber comprises graphite, flame retardant, titanium pigment and dispersing agent in weight ratio of (5-10):(1-5):(1-5):(80-94), mixing uniformly, putting it into ultrasonic cell crushing instrument and uniformly dispersing to obtain graphene suspension, taking 60-80 pts. wt. polyamide fiber monomer and adding to graphene suspension and 0.5-5 pts. wt. catalyst under action of catalyst to carry out in the polymerization mixture, heating continuously to make solvent volatilize completely and drying in oven drying at 60-80 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing graphene flameretardant chinlon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene flameretardant chinlon fiber has dual advantages are flame retardant and antistatic, and has excellent elongation and has high specific surface area and sp2-hybrid structure. The graphene forms an effective bonding force between flame retardant and nylon monomer so that mechanical strength of fiber is enhanced.
