NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene film comprises obtaining graphene oxide dispersion liquid; reducing graphene oxide dispersion liquid into graphene material by electrochemical deposition, and preparing graphene material into graphene film. USE - The method is used for preparation of graphene film for display panel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene film composes graphene with small particle size and has improved conductive effect and good better performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for display panel comprising transparent conductive layer of graphene thin film.
