NOVELTY - Non-copper coated powder comprises 55-75 wt.% palm oil, 3-16 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene, 4-20 wt.% teflon carbon black, 2.5-7.5 wt.% molybdenum disulfide, 0.3-5 wt.% nano copper oxide, 0.2-1.6 wt.% nano-titanium oxide, and 2-7 wt.% graphene. USE - Non-copper coated powder used for special coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Non-copper coated powder has ensures good feeding property, anti-rust property and has good arc stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing non-copper coated powder, which involves: (A) weighing palm oil, adding into autoclave, and heating at 75-90 degrees C for 1 hour; and (B) weighing teflon carbon black, molybdenum disulfide, nano-copper oxide, nano-titanium oxide, and graphene, and placing into reactor at pressure of 0.4-1.7 mega Pascal, heating at 50-75 degrees C for 1 hour, and homogenization degassing to obtain product.
