NOVELTY - Preparation of heat-resistant optical fiber filler includes mixing graphene oxide and water to obtain graphene oxide mixed solution, ultrasonically grinding the graphene oxide mixed solution, rotary concentrating, drying, obtaining pretreated rotary steaming material, mixing the pretreated rotary steaming material and epoxy resin to obtain modified rotary steaming material, mixing linseed oil with gelatin solution, adding sodium bicarbonate and dispersant, stirring and mixing to obtain mixed solution, mixing with sodium sulfate solution and obtaining sodium sulfate mixture. USE - Preparation of heat-resistant optical fiber filler. ADVANTAGE - The method provides heat-resistant optical fiber filler, which has improved consistency under high temperature conditions, thus, further improving the drop flow temperature of optical fiber and realizing optical fiber with improved heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of heat-resistant optical fiber filler comprises mixing graphene oxide and water at 1:1000-2:1000 mass ratio to obtain graphene oxide mixed solution, ultrasonically grinding the graphene oxide mixed solution, rotary concentrating, drying, obtaining pretreated rotary steaming material, mixing the pretreated rotary steaming material and epoxy resin at 5:1-8:1 mass ratio to obtain modified rotary steaming material, mixing linseed oil with gelatin solution at of 1:8-1:10 mass ratio, adding 0.3-0.4 times by mass (based on the mass of linseed oil) of sodium bicarbonate and 0.08-0.09 times by mass (based on the mass of linseed oil) of dispersant, stirring and mixing to obtain mixed solution, mixing with sodium sulfate solution at 3:1-4:1 mass ratio, obtaining sodium sulfate mixture, cooling, adjusting pH, curing, washing and freeze drying to obtain microcapsule, weighing 70-80 pts. wt. base oil, 10-15 pts. wt. modified rotary steaming material, 10-16 pts. wt. microcapsule, 8-15 pts. wt. polyallylamine, 3-5 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 3-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-8 pts. wt. thermoplastic rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. isocyanate, 2-3 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-4 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 3-5 pts. wt. dimethyl silicone polymer, mixing the base oil with modified rotary steaming material, adding microcapsule, polyallylamine, organic bentonite, flame retardant, thermoplastic rubber, isocyanate, antioxidant, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and dimethyl silicone polymer, stirring and mixing to obtain the product.
