NOVELTY - High-strength and heat-resistant nylon composite material comprises 150-220 pts. wt. nylon, 3-12 pts. wt. carbon material, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-8 pts. wt. antioxidant, 6-11 pts. wt. flame retardant, and 4-7 pts. wt. dispersant, where the nylon is at least one in polyamide (PA) 6, and PA66. USE - The high-strength and heat-resistant nylon composite material is useful in electric insulation, thermal insulation, and aerospace applications, and in high molecular chemistry. ADVANTAGE - As compared with the other materials, the nylon composite material avoids the use of carbon nanotube/polymer composite materials by adding modified carbon nanotubes, and the mechanical properties and high temperature resistance of the prepared nylon composite materials are correspondingly improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the high-strength and heat-resistant nylon composite material, comprising (a) taking various raw materials according to the proportion, adding nylon, flame retardant, and antioxidant to a high-speed mixer and fully mixing them to obtain a mixture, and (b) putting the mixture in step (a), carbon material, dispersant, and coupling agent into a screw extruder, and through melt extrusion and granulation, obtaining the high-strength heat-resistant nylon composite material.
