NOVELTY - Antistatic micro-foamed polyester, has a thermoplastic polyester, an inorganic nucleating agent, an antistatic agent and a supercritical fluid. USE - Antistatic micro-foamed polyester for use to prepare a packaging box or tray (claimed), which is useful for packaging electronic products such as LCDs, computer connectors, network cards, mice, mobile phone screens, mobile phone/smart watch touch modules, hard disk components, and circuit board trays. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic micro-foamed polyester has low density, good toughness and excellent antistatic performance, so that a packaging box or a tray with light weight, antistatic performance and low cost can be prepared. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a process for preparing the antistatic micro-foamed polyester, which involves feeding the thermoplastic polyester, the inorganic nucleating agent, the antistatic agent and the supercritical fluid into a double-screw extruder for extrusion molding; (2) an antistatic micro-foamed polyester sheet, which comprises a first polyester layer, a second polyester layer comprising the antistatic micro-foamed polyester or the antistatic micro-foamed polyester, and the first polyester layer being formed on an upper surface of the second polyester layer, and a third polyester layer formed on a lower surface of the second polyester layer; and (3) a process for preparing the antistatic micro-foamed polyester sheet, which involves feeding the thermoplastic polyester, inorganic nucleating agent, antistatic agent and supercritical fluid into a double-screw extruder, simultaneously feeding polyester into a single-screw extruder, and then co-extruding to obtain the antistatic micro-foamed polyester sheet.
