▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide slurry comprises 15-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. binding resin and 150-200 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Graphene oxide slurry used in preparation of micro graphene electrode for micro-graphene supercapacitor (all claimed) integrated in chip electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide slurry improves capacitor performance. The micro-graphene supercapacitor is prepared by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) micro graphene electrode, which comprises substrate, anode and cathode. The anode and cathode are arranged on the substrate. The anode and cathode are obtained by reducing and printing graphene oxide slurry; (2) preparation of micro graphene electrode, which involves using graphene oxide slurry as an ink, screen printing process, printing cathode and anode patterns on same substrate, drying to obtain micro graphene oxide electrode, and reducing graphene oxide electrode; and (3) micro-graphene supercapacitor, which comprises micro-graphene electrode and electrolyte. The electrolyte is provided to cover anode and cathode of micro graphene electrode.
