▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves aligning several carbon-containing materials (31) on a substrate (30). A carbon based sheet is formed on the substrate by performing annealing process on the substrate including the carbon-containing material. The annealing process is laser annealing process or rapid thermal annealing process. The carbon containing materials are selected from a group consist of carbon nanotubes and fullerenes. USE - Method of preparing carbon based sheet e.g. graphene sheet used in FET, biosensor, nanocomposites, and quantum device. ADVANTAGE - The reaction temperature between the carbon and the graphene is lower than the melting point of the substrate so that additional high vacuum and high temperature process is not necessary thus the high quality and large scale carbon based sheet can be prepared. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross sectional view of the carbon based sheet. Substrate (30) Carbon containing materials (31) Contact portions (33) Carbon based sheet (34)
