▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing smoke suppressant comprises (i) adding carbon material into organic solvent, where the carbon material is carbon nanotubes or graphene, fully mixing uniformly, adding copper nitrate and cobalt nitrate, and then adding organic ligand, reacting the organic ligands with metal ions to obtain bimetallic metal organic framework, and winding the metal-organic framework of bimetal on carbon material, and (ii) filtering to remove the solvent, and drying to obtain composite of double-metal organic framework and carbon material and calcining the composite. USE - The method is useful for preparing smoke suppressant, flame-retardant and smoke-hard polyurethane foam composition, which is used for outer layer of building and wall as inner wall. ADVANTAGE - The smoke suppressant has low density, low thermal conductivity, good mechanical property, good high temperature resistance and good smoke inhibiting performance. The method is short in time, low in cost, mature in technology and good in effect. The polyurethane foam has excellent compression strength, the highest can compression strength 486kPa, far higher than GB T 21558-2008, the compression strength of the foam hole of the obtained foam is relatively small, fine bubble hole caused hard polyuretherane foam. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: moke inhibitor; and preparation method of flame-retardant and smoke-hard polyurethane foam, comprising polyol, chain extender, catalyst, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, reaction fire retardant and the smoke inhibitor mixing uniformly to obtain alcohol system; adding isocyanate into the alcohol system; the isocyanate in the isocyanate is reacted with the hydroxyl in the alcohol system to obtain the carbamate bond; then heating to obtain the polyurethane foam hard.
