NOVELTY - A heat-resistant boride-based cermet mold comprises 40-50 pts. wt. titanium boride, 45-55 pts. wt. tungsten boride, 20-30 pts. wt. nickel powder, 3-10 pts. wt. magnesium powder, 4-9 pts. wt. magnesite powder, 5-9 pts. wt. tourmaline powder, 3-11 pts. wt. galena powder, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. ferric citrate, 10-15 pts. wt. glass fiber and 11-15 pts. wt. paraffin wax. USE - Heat-resistant boride-based cermet mold (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cermet mold is economical, has high production efficiency and excellent thermal stability, wear resistance, oxidation resistance and high-temperature resistance and prolonged service life, and can be used even in high temperature and pressure conditions and other harsh conditions.
