NOVELTY - Device comprises e.g. raw material preparing device and reaction device, discharging end of raw material preparation device connected to reaction device, extraction device for extracting and purifying of crude composite material obtained in reaction device, feeding end of extraction device is connected with discharging end of production device. The discharging end of the extraction device provided with infusion pipe for feeding extracted polyamide monomer extraction liquid to raw material preparation device and the raw material preparation device comprises raw material melting vessel. USE - The device is useful for continuous production of graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device: is suitable large-scale industrial production; solves poor dispersion problem; and gives excellent properties to graphene composite material. The method: has high utilization rate of raw material; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device comprises raw material preparing device and reaction device, discharging end of the raw material preparation device connected to the reaction device, extraction device for extracting and purifying of the crude composite material obtained in reaction device, feeding end of the extraction device is connected with the discharging end of the production device. The discharging end of the extraction device provided with an infusion pipe for feeding the extracted polyamide monomer extraction liquid to the raw material preparation device. The raw material preparation device comprises raw material melting vessel for melting the polyamide monomer and mixing with the graphene, the raw material melting vessel is provided with high shear emulsifier and ultrasonic disperser. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene composite material comprises adding the polyamide monomer and the graphene material into the raw material melting vessel for melting, separation and dispersion mixing under the combined action of the high shear emulsifier and ultrasonic disperser to obtain mixture, passing the mixture to reaction device for carrying out a polymerization reaction to obtain crude composite material, adding the crude composite material into an extraction device for extraction separation to obtain graphene composites, passing the extracted polyamide monomer extract through the infusion line and delivering back to the raw material preparation device for reuse.
