▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing high molecular polymer powder and silicon rubber colloid according to the weight ratio for uniformly mixing to obtain viscous mixed liquid. The viscous mixed solution is paved on the surface of the processing substrate, heating and drying to the solidification state for obtaining the substrate to be converted. The laser calcining and carving of the surface of the substrate to be converted by laser engraving machine is peformed for converting the mixture of the high molecular polymer and the silicon rubber into the corresponding pattern of the graphene. USE - Method for preparing material graphene high molecular polymer powder used as electrode of small resistance device or electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare material graphene that has excellent sensing performance, and is capable of providing a flexible conductive material by upgrading the polymer powder material to graphene, so as to realize a larger effect as electrode of the small resistance device or electronic device, and realize temperature sensing or capacitance. The resource regeneration of the polyolefin powder is realized by obtaining the material graphene cost.
