▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Measuring tertiary-butylhydroquinone comprises coating graphene suspension liquid on the surface of the graphene-glycolic acid (GCE) after polishing and drying to obtain a GM/GCE modified electrode, and then using phosphate buffer solution containing ornithine and phosphate buffer as working electrode, silver or silver chloride electrode as a reference electrode. The platinum wire electrode is the counter electrode, where the potential range of -0.3-0.7 Volts using cyclic voltammetry to circularly scan, recorded peak potential and peak current of tert.-tertiary hydroquinone with different concentrations. The tert.-hydroquinone concentration is used as the horizontal coordinate. The peak current is used as a longitudinal coordinate to draw to obtain a linear relationship graph between peak current and tert.-butyl hydroquinone concentration, and calculating the linear equation. USE - Method for measuring tertiary butyl hydroquinone uses as a preservative for storing edible oil, fried flour product, cooked nut and seed, salted meat product, drying, drying, and drying the aquatic product and puffed food. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical method is simple and feasible, good selectivity, high sensitivity, and low cost. The method is capable of measuring tertiary butyl hydroquinone with high sensitivity and selectivity.
