NOVELTY - A polyaniline-ionic liquid-graphene-enzyme composite-modified electrode producing method involves dissolving aniline in acidic solution to obtain solution A, adding graphene oxide to solution A, dispersing mixture to obtain solution B, adding ionic liquid to solution B, stirring mixture to obtain solution C, adding enzyme to solution C, and treating mixture to obtain solution D. Working electrode, counter electrode and reference electrode are equipped in solution D. USE - Method for producing polyaniline-ionic liquid-graphene-enzyme composite-modified electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables producing the polyaniline-ionic liquid-graphene-enzyme composite-modified electrode with better electron transfer between redox center and electrode and controllable amounts of reactants and thickness of composite film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyaniline-ionic liquid-graphene-enzyme composite-modified electrode producing method involves dissolving 0.05-0.5 mass% aniline in acidic solution with pH of 1 to obtain solution A, adding 5-20 mg graphene oxide to solution A, dispersing the mixture ultrasonically for 1-2 hours to obtain solution B, adding ionic liquid to the solution B, stirring the mixture for 1-2 hours to obtain solution C containing 1-5 mass% ionic liquid, adding enzyme to the solution C, and treating the mixture ultrasonically for 10-30 minutes to obtain solution D containing 0.01-1 mg/ml enzyme. Working electrode, counter electrode and reference electrode are equipped in the obtained solution D with cyclic voltammetry to obtain polyaniline-ionic liquid-graphene-enzyme composite-modified electrode.
