NOVELTY - The device has a silicon base layer fixed with a glass layer and graphite alkene array layer. An etching surface of the silicon base layer is fixed with an optical grating structure, where thickness of the glass layer is less than thickness of the graphene layer. USE - Multi-layer graphene surface plasmon polaritons (SPP) area controlling device. ADVANTAGE - The device utilizes a plasma stimulating circuit so as to reduce data transmission bandwidth.
