▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene oxide modified terylene warp knitted fabric involves using the graphene oxide modified terylene fiber as raw material, warping, warp knitting, primary shaping, dyeing, printing and shaping to obtain the graphene oxide modified terylene warp knitted fabric. The graphene oxide, isocyanate, ethylene acrylate copolymer, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, grafting polyether polyol and silicon melt coupling agent are used to obtain mixed material, and reacted for 0.5-2 hours at 100-120 degrees C, then the tea polyphenol is added, and the double-screw melt blending method is used for mixing the mixed material and polyester slice to melt blend to obtain graphene oxide modified master batch. The graphene oxide modified polyester filament is prepared with a sheath-core structure by melt spinning the graphene oxide modified master batch and polyester slice, and cooled in the ethanol. USE - Method for producing graphene oxide modified terylene warp knitted fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method claims that adding very little amount of polyester filament has excellent stretching, adsorption, antibacterial and far infrared emitting healthcare function, and through the skin core structure, which can make the fiber under the premise of having good strength, improves the binding ability of the skin and the dye.
