NOVELTY - Super weather-resistant functional film comprises 40-60 pts. wt. acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) rubber powder, 30-50 pts. wt. AS granules, 2-10 pts. wt. poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) particle, 1 to 5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0. 5-2 pts. wt. toner, 0. 5-2 pts. wt. far infrared absorber, 0. 1-1 pts. wt. UV absorber, and 0. 1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant USE - Used as super weather-resistant functional film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high strength, high weather resistance, excellent heat insulation function, good uniformity, smooth surface, no bubbles and no peeling; and improves discoloration resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing super weather-resistant functional film comprising (1) providing component according to the proportion, mixing and discharging at low speed to obtain acrylonitrile styrene acrylate composite material, (2) placing the acrylonitrile styrene acrylate composite material in a twin-screw granulator to obtain acrylonitrile styrene acrylate composite granules after heating, drawing, cooling, and cutting, where the cylinder temperature of the twin-screw granulator is 220-230degrees Celsius, (3) placing the acrylonitrile styrene acrylate composite particles in a homogenizing bin to mix and dry with hot air, where the hot air temperature is 60-70degrees Celsius, (4) placing the acrylonitrile styrene acrylate composite particles in an oven with a temperature of 80-100degrees Celsius and drying for 3-5 hours to obtain acrylonitrile styrene acrylate composite particles with a water content below 1%, and (5) extruding acrylonitrile styrene acrylate composite particles with a water content below 1% and stretching in a film extruder to obtain a super weather-resistant functional film with a thickness of 0.08-0.10 mm.
