NOVELTY - A graphene-based fabric comprises polycaprolactone, poly(lactic acid), graphene, azobisisobutyric acid (ethylene glycol) acrylate, vanadium pentoxide, acrylic resin, aerosol generating agent, KH550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), acrylic type compatibilizer, antioxidant 1098 (N,N-hexamethylene bis(3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionamide)), propyltrimethoxysilane, citrate, polybutadiene rubber, polyaluminum chloride, ester-based quaternary ammonium salt, styrene, modified bentonite heat stabilizer, boric acid, lithium carbonate and flame retardant. USE - Graphene-based fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based fabric has high hygroscopicity and excellent water absorption property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-based fabric comprises 200-320 pts. wt. polycaprolactone, 90-120 pts. wt. poly(lactic acid), 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. azobisisobutyric acid (ethylene glycol) acrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. vanadium pentoxide, 5-8 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 3-6 pts. wt. aerosol generating agent, 12-16 pts. wt. KH550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 8-12 pts. wt. acrylic type compatibilizer, 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant 1098 (N,N-hexamethylene bis(3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionamide)), 4-7 pts. wt. propyltrimethoxysilane, 6-12 pts. wt. citrate, 9-15 pts. wt. polybutadiene rubber, 5-9 pts. wt. polyaluminum chloride, 15-22 pts. wt. ester-based quaternary ammonium salt, 2-4 pts. wt. styrene, 2-4 pts. wt. modified bentonite heat stabilizer, 3-6 pts. wt. boric acid, 2-5 pts. wt. lithium carbonate and 3-6 pts. wt. flame retardant. The flame retardant comprises 18-26 pts. wt. ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate, 12-15 pts. wt. diammonium hydrogen phosphate, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 6-9 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 4-6 pts. wt. silane, 3-5 pts. wt. kaolin and 1.2-2 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based fabric.
