NOVELTY - Polar ear glue structure comprises pole ear glue main body (1) comprising pole ear glue core film layer (2). The upper and lower sides of the core film are symmetrically provided with sol-proof glue layer (3). A polypropylene (PP) connecting layer (4) is provided on the side of the glue-proof layer away from the pole ear glue core film layer. The PP connecting layer is made of low-temperature soluble PP material. USE - The structure is useful in battery i.e. tab soft-package lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The polar ear rubber core film layer is connected with the PP connecting layer through the sol-gel layer, which can enhance the mechanical performance of the polar ear rubber main body, solves the problem of low bonding force of the tab rubber core layer and the connecting layer, and improves the stability of the main body. The electrolyte is not resistant to the electrolyte and layering, avoids the problem that electrolyte leakage, prolongs the service life of the battery, and increases the use safety of battery.
