NOVELTY - Preparing automobile air-conditioning blast shell involves mixing starch, silica gel, cyclodextrin, dodecylethoxy sulfobetaine, graphene and ornithine in a ball mill. The obtained mixture is ground. The obtained ground mixture is added with diatomite, graphite, molybdenite and sodium tungstate in the presence of protective gas to calcine to obtain modified composition. The obtained modified composition is added with polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyamide, rosin, cellulose, glass fiber, titanic acid ester, dimethyl silicone oil, diisodecyl phthalate and zinc oxide. USE - Method for preparing automobile air-conditioning blast shell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare automobile air-conditioning blast shell in a simple manner with excellent weather resistance and mechanical properties.
