▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing composite material with rough surface comprises (1) dispersing nanomaterials in water, adding surfactant as needed and/or heating to obtain a colloidal template solution, cooling and allowing to stand; (2) mixing phenolic compound, carbonyl compound in colloidal template solution prepared in step (1) and water or alcohol-water mixture in a ratio of 0.1-2:1, the weight ratio of phenolic compound to water or alcohol-water mixture is 1:900-2500, and the weight ratio of phenolic compound to colloidal template solution is 1:20-200; (3) adding an amino compound to the mixture in step (2), and performing a pre-reaction; (4) continuously reacting the first product obtained in step (3), where the reaction temperature is 0-120 degrees C; and (5) filtering the second product obtained in step (4), washing, and drying to obtain a composite material with a rough surface, where the morphology of the composite material with rough surface is spherical, rod-shaped, sheet-shaped or polyhedral. USE - The nano-carbon sheet with rough surface is useful in adsorbent or catalyst carrier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not need additional etching, deposition process, has simple and controllable process. The adsorbent can realize fast diffusion of gas with diffusion rate of 5-10 times of the commercial adsorbent. The catalyst carrier can realize anchoring metal active particles, inhibits the active component migration under the high temperature condition, agglomeration, and effectively improving the stability of the catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) a nano-carbon material with rough surface obtained by carbonizing the composite material with a rough surface under an inert atmosphere; and (2) a method for preparing nano-carbon material with rough surface using above mentioned method.
