▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene phenolic resin conductive composite material comprises (mass %) phenol (100), aqueous formaldehyde solution (106-230), graphite oxide (0.05-5), and alkaline catalyst agent (0.1-10). USE - A graphene phenolic resin conductive composite material used for a conductive material, a binder, an electromagnetic shielding material, or flame retardant antistatic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive composite material has a bending strength increased by 78.8%, has improved thermal stability, and has 25 wt.% loss when temperature is increased from 560 degrees C to 676 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the graphene phenolic resin conductive composite material, comprising: (A) adding phenol, aqueous formaldehyde solution, and alkaline catalyst to a four-neck reaction bottle set with a thermometer, a stirring paddle, a reflux condenser pipe, and a ultrasonic horn, at a pH value of 8-10, mechanical stirring at 40-80 minutes, and heating to obtain a liquid at 60 degrees C; (B) stirring while adding graphite oxide, ultrasonic dispersing to form a solution, where the concentration of the graphite is 0.5-8 mg/mL, keeping the mixture at 60-80 degrees C, and ultrasonic reacting for 2-3. 5 hours; (C) controlling the temperature at 80-95 degrees C, and keeping the temperature for 1-2.5 hours; (D) dehydrating until the viscosity at 12-250 seconds is 4 cP at 25 degrees C, cooling, and discharging to obtain black viscous liquid product; and (E) vacuum-drying at lesser than 80 degrees C for 24-50 hours, vacuum hydraulic pressing at 170 degrees C and 10-10 MPa, and curing mold for 2-10 hours.
