▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/tungsten disulfide composite coating layer, is claimed. The graphene oxide/tungsten disulfide composite coating layer disperses the graphene oxide powder in deionized water to form a dispersion liquid, the sulfur source and the tungsten source are added to the dispersion liquid, the mixture is uniformly stirred by ultrasonic stirring process, then the mixed liquid is transferred to a reaction vessel in which a metal substrate is placed, a hydrothermal reaction is carried out at 120-220 degrees C, and naturally cooled to be obtained on the surface of metal substrate. USE - The composite coating is useful in automobile, machinery, precision manufacturing, or aerospace fields (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has mild reaction conditions, and simple process; the composite coating: has excellent lubrication, and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide/tungsten disulfide composite coating, comprising (i) preparing a graphene oxide powder by using Hummers method, (ii) dispersing the graphene oxide powder in deionized water by ultrasonic method to form stable dispersion, (iii) adding sulfur source, and tungsten source to the dispersion, and then uniformly and ultrasonically stirring to form mixed solution, (iv) transferring mixed liquid to the reaction substrate in a metal substrate, hydrothermally reacting at 120-220 degrees C in the reaction kettle, and then naturally cooling to obtain uniform graphene oxide/tungsten disulfide composite coating on the surface of metal substrate.
