NOVELTY - The device has a pre-processing chamber formed with an oil removing groove (21), an electrochemical etching groove (22) and a cleaning groove (23). A plasma ion source (41) is arranged in the plasma cleaning chamber. Multiple magnetic control sputtering targets (61) are arranged in a magnetic control sputtering coating chamber. A coating device is fixed in an active substance coating chamber, where the vacuum heating chamber is provided with a set of vacuum heating devices. USE - The device is useful for producing lithium-ion battery current collector by continuous roll-to-roll. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes high-efficiency preparation of safety contact resistance current collector with high interface bonding strength, light weight, and high interface strength. The device increases base material processing procedure e.g. cleaning, electrochemical etching to improve the surface of the base material and surface activity to improve base material, and the material interface, thus reducing the interface resistance. The drying chamber removes the solution base material in the pre-processing chamber, thus avoiding the low air pumping efficiency of the plasma cleaning chamber caused by the presence of water.
