NOVELTY - Waterproof composite calcium sulfonate-based grease comprises 40-55 pts. wt. base oil, 0.1-3.5 pts. wt. conversion agent, 3.5-7.5 pts. wt. composite thickener, 3-5 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 30-43 pts. wt. ultra-high alkali value synthetic calcium sulfonate, 2.1-3.5 pts. wt. glacial acetic acid, 0.5-2.2 pts. wt. methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), 0.5-1.0 pts. wt. tallow amine, 0.8-1.0 pts. wt. cyclohexylamine, 0.5-3.0 pts. wt. high temperature antioxidants, 3.0-4.0 pts. wt. melamine cyanurate, and 0.1-3.5 pts. wt. water repellent. USE - Waterproof composite calcium sulfonate-based grease. ADVANTAGE - The waterproof composite calcium sulfonate-based grease increases surface density of the grease through addition of nanometer calcium carbonate, and thus improves waterproof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing waterproof composite calcium sulfonate-based grease, which involves: (A) putting into fat-making kettle base oil and ultra-high base value synthetic calcium sulfonate with stirring at 75-80 degrees C; (B) adding the mentioned glacial acetic acid to the fat-making kettle with stirring at 82-85?C; (C) adding tallow amine, graphene, cyclohexylamine and water into the fat-making kettle; and (D) sequentially adding conversion agent, composite thickener, nano calcium carbonate, high-temperature antioxidant and melamine cyanurate with stirring at 130-150 degrees C for 20 minutes to obtain the waterproof calcium sulfonate complex grease.
