▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of weak oxidized graphene involves processing graphite at 300-500℃ and less than 5 Pa for 1-3 hours in a mixed atmosphere of argon gas and oxygen to obtain a pre-treated graphite, adding corrosion inhibitor to the pre-treated graphite, stirring uniformly to obtain a graphite mixture, mixing the graphite mixture with intercalating agent in a mass ratio of (25-50):1, stirring, performing intercalation reaction at 5-15℃ to obtain an intermediate product, mixing the intermediate product with oxidant, reacting at 10-15℃ for 1-3 hours, adding water, heating at 40-60℃, continuously reacting for 1-2 hours, adding hydrogen peroxide, stopping the reaction, filtering, washing until pH 6-7, and drying. The flow ratio of the argon gas and oxygen is (25-500):1. The corrosion inhibitor is organic acid with a large π-conjugated structure and an acidity coefficient (PKa) of 3-5. USE - Preparation of weak oxidized graphene used for preparing graphene (all claimed) used as conductive agent in lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of weak oxidized graphene with excellent dispersibility and compatibility, and high conductivity. The graphene produced using the weak oxidized graphene has high electroconductivity. The graphite is pre-oxidized to improve the wettability of subsequent graphite and efficiency of the intercalation reaction, and corrosion inhibitor is added to reduce the degree of destruction of the carbon six-membered ring in the reaction process, the formation and over-oxidation of the hole on the graphene surface damaging the graphene structure, and the introduction of invalid oxygen functional group. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. the weak oxidized graphene, which has the thickness of 1-3 nm, and the oxygen content of 25-35%; and 2. preparation of graphene, which involves introducing inert gas and reducing gas into weak oxidized graphene at 800-1000℃, and carrying out heat-stripping treatment for 100-600 seconds. The flow ratio of the inert gas and reducing gas is (10-100):1.
