NOVELTY - The preparation method of three-dimensional ordered macroporous-mesoporous graphene involves immersing organic polymer template spheres into ceramic precursor solution, separating, drying, and heat-treating to prepare organic polymer template spheres/ceramic composite, removing organic polymer template spheres to obtain three-dimensional porous ceramic substrate, growing graphene on ceramic substrate to obtain graphene-grown three-dimensional ceramic composite material, placing the ceramic composite material in etching liquid, removing ceramic template, and drying. USE - Preparation method of three-dimensional ordered macroporous-mesoporous graphene for preparing super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of three-dimensional ordered macroporous-mesoporous graphene with strong controllability and excellent repetitiveness, and is suitable for large-scale production, by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of three-dimensional ordered macroporous-mesoporous graphene involves (1) immersing the ordered organic polymer template spheres into precursor solution of ceramic, separating, drying, and heat-treating to prepare organic polymer template spheres/ceramic composite, (2) removing the organic polymer template spheres from the organic polymer template spheres/ceramic composite to obtain three-dimensional porous ceramic substrate, (3) growing graphene on the prepared on the three-dimensional porous ceramic substrate using chemical vapor deposition method to obtain graphene-grown three-dimensional ceramic composite material, and (4) placing the graphene-grown three-dimensional ceramic composite material in the etching liquid, removing the ceramic template, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of three-dimensional ordered macroporous-mesoporous graphene in preparation of super capacitor.
