NOVELTY - A graphene modified Dacromet (RTM: Sacrificial zinc flake water-based coating system) coating comprises 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 8-15 pts. wt. zinc powder, 2-4 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 2-7 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 2-4 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. chromate, 1-3 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 2-4 pts. wt. benzyl dimethyl ketal, 1-4 pts. wt. 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, 20-30 pts. wt. solvent and 1-2 pts. wt. additive. USE - Graphene modified Dacromet (RTM: Sacrificial zinc flake water-based coating system)coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified Dacromet (RTM: Sacrificial zinc flake water-based coating system)coating has excellent hardness, adhesion performance, aging resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene modified Dacromet (RTM: Sacrificial zinc flake water-based coating system) coating, which involves: (1) mixing tetrabutyl titanate, graphene and polydimethylsiloxane, heating mixed mixture at 60-70 degrees C under vacuum conditions, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to get material (I); and (2) uniformly mixing material (I) with aluminum powder, zinc powder, aluminum oxide, chromate, silicon dioxide, benzyl dimethyl ketal, 1,6-hexanediol acrylate and additive, stirring at 50-55 degrees C for 80-100 minutes, then adding solvent, and continuously stirring for 40-60 minutes under nitrogen protection to obtain product.
