NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional folded graphene radiating slurry material comprises (i) placing catalytic substrate into growth chamber, passing a carbon source into growth chamber, heating at 100-150 degrees C, and growing on the surface of the catalytic substrate to obtain graphene, (ii) forming thin graphene aggregate into porous graphene aggregate by solvent, heating the porous graphene aggregates, completing the heating, rapidly cooling the aggregate to obtain three-dimensional pleated graphene block, (iii) crushing to obtain three-dimensional pleated graphene, and (iv) compounding three-dimensional pleated graphene with monomer of polymer. USE - The material is useful in preparing optical device, electronic device or optoelectronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has increased surface area and improved heat dissipation efficiency.
