▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/polyimide composite carbon film has a thickness of greater than 100 mu m, a porosity of 10-40% and a thermal conductivity of 1000-1700 W/mK. The carbon film has no stratification phenomenon. A distance between any two adjacent graphene layers is less than 20 nm. USE - Graphene/polyimide composite carbon film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/polyimide composite carbon film has high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for the production of the composite carbon film, which involves formulating graphene oxide having an average size of more than 50 mu m into 1-10 mg/ml an aqueous graphene oxide solution, uniformly coating the aqueous graphene oxide solution on a surface of a polyimide film, adhering the polyimide films together in the thickness direction, placing the adhered graphene oxide/polyimide composite film in a drying oven, drying the film at less than 40 degrees C, placing the dried graphene oxide/polyimide composite film in a carbonization furnace, heating at a temperature of 1000 degrees C, a pressure of 20-200 MPa and a heating rate of 0.1-5 degrees C/minute for 1 hour under argon atmosphere, subjecting the graphene oxide/polyimide composite carbon film to hot pressing at a temperature of 2500-3000 degrees C, a pressure of 60 MPa and a heating rate of 1-20 degrees C/minute for 0.5-8 hours under inert gas atmosphere and cooling to obtain the graphene oxide/polyimide composite carbon film.
