▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A titanium dioxide and graphene oxide composite nanosheet material comprises graphene oxide layer and titanium dioxide layer located at upper and lower sides of graphene oxide layer. USE - Titanium dioxide and graphene oxide composite nanosheet material. ADVANTAGE - Thickness of titanium dioxide and graphene oxide composite nano sheet is controllable, along with the increasing mass ratio of titanium dioxide and graphene oxide. Thickness of amorphous titanium dioxide and graphene oxide composite nano sheet and anatase crystal form obtained by calcining treatment are in linearly increased, and roughness of the titanium dioxide and graphene oxide composite nano sheet of water treatment is also increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nanosheet material which comprises: (A) ultrasonic oscillating graphene oxide at normal temperature and uniformly dispersing in distilled water, and obtaining graphene oxide dispersion (6-7 mg/mL); (B) diluting graphene oxide dispersion by absolute ethanol to 2-5 mg/mL; (C) dissolving butyl titanate into 2-5 mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, preparing butyl titanate ethanol solution (4.2-8.4 mg/mL); (D) dropping butyl titanate ethanol solution of different concentrations into ethanol diluents of graphene oxide at 20-60 degrees C drop by drop; (E) reacting for 2-8 hours to obtain amorphous titanium dioxide and graphene oxide composite nanosheet material dispersion; and (F) centrifuging and washing dispersion via distilled water and absolute ethyl alcohol, and vacuum drying at normal temperature.
