▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based cemented carbide composite self-lubricating coating comprises (i) in-situ peeling to obtain the graphene sheet, performing mechanical ball milling with the hard alloy powder and dry ice and obtaining graphene-based hard alloy core-shell coated powder; (ii) sequentially cleaning the surface of the base body, removing oil and spraying sand; and (iii) plasma spraying the graphene-based cemented carbide core-shell coating powder on the surface of the substrate using plasma spraying technology. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based cemented carbide composite self-lubricating coating. ADVANTAGE - The method has better overall performance of the coating, reduces the friction coefficient by 60-65%, reduces the abrasion loss, maintains the original high-strength and high-hardness characteristics of cemented carbide, and ensures the hardness of the coating can reach to 600-750 Hv.
