▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene producing method involves forming a graphite catalyst thin film (230) on a substrate (210) using gaseous carbon source. The graphite catalyst thin film is thermally treated, and a graphene layer is formed on upper and lower portions of the graphite catalyst thin film to form a laminate structure having a graphene layer (243), the graphite catalyst thin film, and graphene layer (245) on the substrate. USE - Method for producing graphene that is utilized for a photoelectric cell, a solar cell and an optical detector. ADVANTAGE - The method enables producing the graphene in an efficient and a simple manner. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows schematic illustration of a method for producing graphene.
