NOVELTY - The device has a plate and frame membrane reactor having an inlet pipe (21) and an outlet pipe (22). A raw water delivery system communicates with the inlet pipe of the plate and frame membrane reactor. A clear water tank communicates with the outlet pipe of the plate and frame membrane reactor. The water depth treatment device further includes an oxidant dosing system in communication with the inlet pipe of the plate and frame membrane reactor or the raw water delivery system. The plate and frame membrane reactor includes a carbon nano material composite film (16). The carbon nano material composite film includes a carbon nano material layer arranged in sequence between the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe. A base film layer is loaded with the carbon nano material layer. The raw material of the carbon nano material layer includes a single layer of reduced graphene oxide and a multi-walled carbon nano tube. USE - Water depth treatment device. ADVANTAGE - The water depth treatment device has high purification efficiency, low processing energy consumption, no secondary pollution of heavy metals, and wide application range.
