NOVELTY - Conductive particle comprises an insulating layer and a conductive layer. The insulating layer covering the conductive layer. The conductive particles further comprise a functional layer. The conductive layer covers the functional layer, The functional layer is made of semi-solid and conductive material. The functional layer is filled with the material to be cured. The insulating layer is filled with the curing material. The material to be cured is cured by the curing material. USE - Used as conductive particle. ADVANTAGE - The conductive particle: avoids the condition of bad longitudinal conduction under the condition that the binding pressure control is not good; and enhances the conductive stability of the binding region.
