NOVELTY - The arrangement (10) has a diode (14) i.e. photodiode, arranged on a circuitry carrier (12) and comprising a light passage side (18) that is turned away from the carrier. A light from the diode is radiated or received by the light passage side, and an electrical connector (22) is provided at the light passage side for an attachment of the diode. An electrically interconnected component (24) is electrically coupled to a contact element (26) on the carrier by the electrical connector. The electrical connector and/or contact element of the diode is formed from transparent graphene. USE - Electronic circuit arrangement for use in a diode module (claimed) e.g. LED module such as lamp module, of a motor car. ADVANTAGE - The electrically interconnected component is electrically coupled to the contact element on the circuitry carrier by the electrical connector, where the electrical connector and/or contact element of the diode is formed from transparent graphene, thus reducing the light loss in the arrangement, enhancing the overall efficiency of the diode, and increasing the reliability and effectiveness of the electrical connector. The arrangement is designed in a simple and compact manner with better thermal conductivity and enables the homogeneous light and current distribution at the diode.
