NOVELTY - A starch modifier comprises 35-40 pts. wt. plasticizer, 20-25 pts. wt. lubricant, 10-30 pts. wt. surfactant, 1.5-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer and 9-10 pts. wt. nucleating agent. The nucleating agent is graphene, graphene oxide, hydrophobically-modified graphene, bio-based graphene or graphene-like substance with nano-silica, nano white carbon ink and/or nano calcium carbonate. USE - Starch modifier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The starch modifier improves melt extrusion fluidity, processability and plasticity of starch, and can be prepared by simple, economical and easy method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of starch modifier, which involves mixing raw materials in a reactor, reacting at 30-85 degrees C for 30-50 minutes, and cooling.
