NOVELTY - The instrument has a growth process coated with high thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient, high temperature resistance and high flexibility on a head of a metal electrode end of the instrument. A shape-controllable coating realizes uniform heating of human body tissue, and avoids burning tissue adhesion to eliminate smoke. A cutter head is coated before cleaning process, where thickness of the coating is sum of thickness of upper and lower surfaces covering the coating. The coating comprises graphene, carbon nano tube, metal nano wire, silicon carbide, diamond and titanium nitride material. USE - An electrosurgical instrument based on smokeless electrode. ADVANTAGE - The instrument has high thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient, high temperature resistance and high flexibility coating on the head of the metal electrode end of the traditional electrosurgical instrument. The coating material can realize uniform heating of human tissue, and avoid burning tissue adhesion, so as to eliminate the operation smoke, avoid the harm of the smoke to the patient and the medical staffs, at the same time, it can avoid the time of extracting smoke in the operation process, improving the operation safety.
