NOVELTY - The method involves adding ceramic powder, nano-hydroxyapatite, graphene powder and nano-Ce2O3 to the mixed solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone and water, ultrasonically vibrating and ball-mill evenly, then placing it at 0-25?oC for 8-12h, to prepare a plastic solid. The blank portion is extruded and molded by extruding the plastic solid, and the blank portion is dried and sintered to prepare a bioactive ceramic material precursor. The bioactive ceramic powder is prepared. The bioactive ceramic powder is uniformly mixed, dispersant and water prepared to obtain solution B, and the obtained solution B is coated on the bioactive ceramic material precursor prepared. The bioactive ceramic material is prepared by drying and calcining. The mass ratio of the ceramic powder, nanometre hydroxyl apatite, graphene powder, nanometre Ce2O3 is 1: 0.8-1.0: 0.10-0.12: 0.05-0.07.
