NOVELTY - Producing catalyst-graphitic carbon nitride-reduced graphene oxide composite, comprises (a) preparing graphene oxide suspension by distributing lyophilized graphite oxide in distilled water, (b) preparing graphitic carbon nitride-reduced graphene oxide composite by adding carbon nitride precursor into the graphene oxide suspension, and performing hydrothermal synthesis, and (c) catalyst transition metal catalyst by distributing polyol solvent in the graphitic carbon nitride-reduced graphene oxide composite, adding transition metal salt, and mixing by stirring. USE - The composite is useful for producing electrode for fuel cell and capacitor (all claimed), and energy storage material. ADVANTAGE - The method produces high-yield. The composite prevents restacking, has excellent physical and electrical properties, and maximizes surface area and mobility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing catalyst-graphitic carbon nitride-reduced graphene oxide composite, comprises (a) preparing graphene oxide suspension by distributing lyophilized graphite oxide in distilled water, (b) preparing graphitic carbon nitride-reduced graphene oxide composite by adding carbon nitride precursor into the graphene oxide suspension, and performing hydrothermal synthesis, and (c) catalyst transition metal catalyst by distributing polyol solvent in the graphitic carbon nitride-reduced graphene oxide composite, adding transition metal salt, and mixing by stirring. The graphene oxide suspension includes graphite oxide containing functional group including at least one of hydroxy group, carboxy group and epoxy group. The carbon nitride includes at least one of precursor cyanuric chloride, melamine, melem and melam. The step (c) is carried out by (a1) surface modifying graphitic carbon nitride-reduced graphene oxide composite, (b1) distributing the surface-modified graphitic carbon nitride-reduced graphene oxide composite in polyol solvent, adding transition metal salt, and mixing, (c1) adjusting the pH of the mixed solution obtained in step (b1) to 9-11, and (d1) carrying transition metal catalyst on the surface-modified graphitic carbon nitride-reduced graphene oxide composite by distributing via stirring. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for catalyst-graphitic carbon nitride-reduced graphene oxide composite produced by the above method.
