▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing tin oxide/reduced graphene oxide nano-composite material modified by palladium involves providing micron-sized oxidizing graphene, mixing the tin source, micron-sized oxidizing graphene and palladium source, adding acid, ultrasonically dispersing to form uniform mixed solution, carrying out hydrothermal reaction for the uniform mixed solution, centrifuging and separating, taking lower layer precipitate dry, sintering the solid powder after drying to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing tin oxide/reduced graphene oxide nano-composite material modified by palladium used for hydrogen sensor and to chemical engineering, oil refining, aerospace and fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare tin oxide/reduced graphene oxide nano-composite material modified by palladium has controllable shape appearance, high sensitivity to the hydrogen response and low detection limit, and is prepared in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing hydrogen sensor, involving: taking aluminum oxide as a plane substrate, forming a gold interdigital electrode on it, coating the nano-composite material on the gold interdigital electrode, and connecting two ends of the gold interdigital electrode with two pairs of platinum electrodes.
